Research Assistant (Visual Communication and Interactive Design (AI and Quantum Visualization Project))

About This Role

A Part-Time Research Assistant role for the NTU CoHASS project to support AI and Quantum Visualization through exhibitions, digital platforms, and publications.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content including reels, graphics, and short-form video across Instagram, LinkedIn, and related platforms.
• Develop and maintain the project's visual identity and branding across digital and print touchpoints.
• Design exhibition collaterals: posters, brochures, postcards, and catalogue layouts.
• Support exhibition curation, installation flow, and event coordination for local and international venues.
• Document research outputs and compile archival materials for publication and grant reporting.
• Assist with grant workflow administration and preparation of dissemination materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Demonstrated experience in social media content creation and short-form video/reels editing.
• Strong visual design sense across digital and print media.
• Interest in media art, art–science, or research communication.
• Portfolio of design and/or social media work required.
