About This Role
The Senior Executive role requires a Diploma or equivalent professional experience in procurement, demonstrating strong time management and customer service skills to manage all purchasing activities including quotations, negotiations, and report generation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to manage procurement activities and administer all purchasing tasks.
- Prepare specifications, call for quotations/tenders, evaluate bids, and award contracts.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best price and delivery time while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure procurement adherence to NTU guidelines and policies.
- Process POs, manage contracts, and generate purchasing reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle ad-hoc jobs required by management and build positive relationships with peers and supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Equivalent Qualification or equivalent professional procurement experience with one year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate time management skills and exceptional customer service capabilities.
- Be organized, meticulous with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with multiple competing priorities.
- Be a good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
