About This Role
Seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist at NTU's Centre of IT Services (CITS) to oversee Nanyang Business School operations, manage LMS implementations, and maintain service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Run application/system operations in Nanyang Business School (NBS)
- Manage Learning Management System changes and maintenance routines
- Contribute to the design and implementation of LMS replacement plans
- Collaborate with colleagues across various programs to streamline work processes
- Maintain service-level objectives and monitor performance metrics
- Conduct troubleshooting for software, applications, and eLearning tools
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT operations and educational technology support
- Proficient in .NET languages, MSSQL, Oracle DB, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with Power Automate, Blackboard LMS, and e-Assessment platforms
- Demonstrated ability in decision-making and problem-solving
- Detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and good verbal/written communication skills
