About This Role
The NTU Assistant Manager, Administrative Support role supports the Assistant Director in managing Postgraduate by Coursework (PGC) programme reviews, data analysis, and secretariat support for committee meetings.
Responsibilities
- Collate, analyse, and interpret data to support programme reviews.
- Manage and maintain dashboards for data access, reporting, and analysis.
- Support administrative planning and logistical arrangements for Programme Reviews to ensure effective execution.
- Provide secretariat support for committee meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up on decisions.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and stakeholder engagements, including scheduling and event arrangements.
Requirements
- A recognized university degree (in any discipline).
- Knowledge in processing data will be an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application software (Word, Excel).
- People-oriented and a team player.
