About This Role
Seeking a PhD candidate in Behavioural Science or Psychology to lead behavioural risk-perception research and community archetype analysis for the NParks MCCS project.
Responsibilities
- Lead Module A: Baseline behavioural research on risk perception and adaptation readiness.
- Lead Module B: Community archetype identification using latent-class methods via LCA.
- Coordinate cross-module integration of archetype outputs across the project team.
- Contribute to conference presentations and top-tier journal publications.
- Co-author the Risk Perception and Adaptation Readiness Report.
Requirements
- PhD in Communication Studies, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Sociology, or Public Policy.
- Experience with survey/instrument design and large-scale data collection.
- Expertise in LCA, multinomial logistic regression, SEM, and factor analysis (R/Stata/SPSS/Mplus).
- Strong qualitative analysis skills using NVivo.
- Academic writing track record and ability to coordinate cross-functional research teams.
