About This Role
Seeking a Project Officer to lead research on kindlin regulation at NTU, requiring BSc in Biological Sciences experience with cell culture and bio-layer interferometry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mammalian cell culture experiments
- Perform molecular and cellular biology techniques
- Carry out protein expression and purification
- Conduct microscopy and flow cytometry analyses
- Perform bio-layer interferometry (BLI) assays
- Assist with data analysis and documentation
Requirements
- BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences
- Good research laboratory experience with cell culture and flow cytometry
- Ability to work independently in a research environment
- At least one first-author publication in a reputable peer-reviewed journal
