About This Role

Seeking an Assistant Manager to drive marketing initiatives for LKCMedicine's postgraduate and continuing education programmes, including digital campaigns, SEO/SEM optimization, content creation, and stakeholder outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Implement integrated marketing plans to support student recruitment and program branding.
  • Manage digital campaigns on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) to engage healthcare professionals.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM and paid media for lead generation and conversions.
  • Design targeted outreach to hospitals, healthcare groups, and professional associations for awareness and leads.
  • Oversee high-quality content creation including brochures, eDMs, videos, and event promotions.
  • Manage the microsite/website content for SEO alignment and accreditation compliance.

Requirements

  • A recognised degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with demonstrated business development and B2C/B2B skills.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to different audiences.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail.
