About This Role
Seeking a PhD candidate for the Innovative Electronic and Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory at NTU to develop ultrafast nanodevices.
Responsibilities
- Theoretical and numerical analysis of electronic and photonic devices.
- Cleanroom fabrication of micro and nano-devices.
- Experimental characterization of electronic and photonic devices.
- General support to i–Lab NTU.
Requirements
- PhD qualification degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
- Background in design, fabrication and characterization of electronic or photonic devices/circuits.
- Strong publication record in device physics/engineering.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
