About This Role
A 20-month contract research assistant position at NTU's Psychology and Child & Human Development Department for a co-designed burnout intervention study.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day research activities, including study logistics and scheduling.
- Lead and support data collection activities (surveys, interviews) ensuring compliance with research protocols.
- Recruit and liaise with participants and stakeholders where appropriate.
- Organize, code, and analyze qualitative and survey-based data.
- Maintain accurate, secure, and well-organized research records.
- Contribute to the dissemination of research outputs including manuscripts, reports, and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a closely related field.
- Prior experience in psychological and/or educational research, including project coordination.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R) and basic familiarity with qualitative analysis tools (NVivo).
- Experience with online data collection platforms (Qualtrics, REDCap).
