About This Role

Seeking a Senior Executive (Clinical Research Officer) to lead the HELIOS-BEAM digital mental health study, ensuring participant care and data integrity while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with study participants and volunteers for eligibility.
• Obtain informed consent from participants and guide them through the study process.
• Monitor recruitment, research database, and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide weekly reports to study investigators on participant outcomes.
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Clinical Practice Standards and HBRA requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information acquired from study participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Allied Health Sciences or Biomedical Sciences.
• Ability to work independently with high motivation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Tamil/Chinese/Malay.
• Ability to work well within a team for research participant care.
