About This Role
Seeking an experienced Specialist in IT Operations (Web application) to oversee infrastructure, provide first-line technical support, and maintain service level agreements at NTU's Nanyang Business School.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor IT systems across Nanyang Business School.
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Maintain IT resources, assist with system usage, and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with departments to implement IT solutions.
- Maintain service-level objectives and monitor performance metrics.
- Propose recommendations to improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT operations or user support.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft-related software and Windows/macOS platforms.
- Familiarity with network environments, office applications, and educational technology systems.
- Experience in Windows imaging tools (BitOSDT/MDT) and automation/workflow tools (Power Automate, SharePoint).
