About This Role

Lead, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships role at NTU EEE Undergraduate Students Office requires a qualified candidate with 5+ years of experience in student engagement, admissions management, and scholarship administration to coordinate outreach initiatives and support school events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate outreach and admissions engagement initiatives targeting Junior Colleges, Polytechnics, and other feeder institutions.
• Support strategic admissions engagement and post-offer conversion activities.
• Oversee the administration and governance of school-based scholarships and admissions awards.
• Coordinate student ambassador and leadership development programmes.
• Work closely with faculty, students, alumni, vendors, and university stakeholders to support outreach and engagement objectives.
• Coordinate outreach collaterals, branding materials, engagement merchandise, and publicity efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in outreach, admissions, programme management, student development, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and project coordination capabilities.
• Experience supervising staff and managing multiple projects concurrently will be advantageous.
