About This Role
The Deputy Director, Financial Planning & Analysis at NTU requires a Finance or Accountancy degree holder with 15+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and audit administration to lead a team and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance professionals to coordinate the University-wide budget and departmental cluster leads.
- Develop functional expertise for finance leads to support operational financial strategy and performance standards.
- Translate long-term objectives into coherent, actionable plans across departments in partnership with finance leads and partners.
- Allocate resources to areas most effective for long-term goals.
- Collaborate with HR and other corporate functions to analyze manpower planning outcomes and provide financial insights.
- Support capital initiatives with financial modelling and drive continuous improvements in internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- CA is a pre-requisite for the position.
- Relevant work experience in supervisory positions.
- Solid knowledge and experience in Audit Administration.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in SAP HANA and Workday environments.
