Manager, Data Analytics (Senior Analyst, Applied AI & Data Science)

About This Role

A Senior Data Analytics and AI Specialist role at NTU requires a candidate with strong Python, SQL, and ML experience to lead AI/ML projects, support vendor partnerships, and deliver GenAI solutions. The position involves translating operational challenges into data-driven insights for the Student and Academic Services

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML projects including problem framing, data exploration, and model development.
• Collaborate with automation specialists to integrate AI components into operational workflows.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Support vendor discussions on AI methodology, model evaluation, and feasibility.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members in data analysis and Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, CS, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in data science, AI/ML, or analytics.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency with experience using pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience applying ML or statistical techniques to real-world problems (classification, regression, forecasting, NLP).
