About This Role
The Assistant Manager, Short-Term Programme role at NTU requires a marketing and communications background with 2-4 years of experience to support the Global Education and Mobility (OGEM) Discoverer unit in planning, executing, and managing short-term overseas immersion programmes.
Responsibilities
- Support the Short-Term Programme Manager in planning and executing integrated marketing strategies for GEM Discoverer programmes.
- Develop and manage content across digital and on-ground channels, including copywriting for social media and website communications.
- Plan and execute outreach activities and events, including logistics coordination and vendor liaison support.
- Coordinate programme operations to ensure smooth delivery for students, partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support including student advisory, application processing, and mobility system management.
- Collaborate with finance teams on invoicing, payments, and purchase orders.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or programme management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft clear content for different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident in public speaking for conducting information sessions for students.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or data analytics tools.
