About This Role
Seeking a Research Assistant for the CHARM Study on Cerebrovascular Health, Adult Learning, and Resilience at NTU's Science of Learning in Education Centre.
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and maintain e-learning platforms such as Moodle or WordPress LMS.
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of online learning environments for the program.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to users and project members.
- Support integration of learning tools, plugins, and third-party applications as needed.
- Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability, security, and updates.
- Assist in organising and managing digital learning content and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience serving as a platform administrator (Moodle, WordPress LMS), including managing user accounts and system configuration.
- Prior experience integrating LMS with xAPI or LRS is preferred.
- Prior experience supporting online learning or digital learning environments.
- Prior experience working in educational, research, or training contexts.
- Basic data handling, analytics, or reporting experience.
