Assistant Manager, Student Engagement and Development (Undergraduate Programmes)

About This Role

Seeking an Assistant Manager to lead student engagement and development initiatives at NTU Entrepreneur, including marketing, outreach events, community building, and data management for undergraduate programmes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies for SMiE and MiE programmes.
• Oversee production of marketing materials and manage social media channels for outreach campaigns.
• Organize roadshows, Open Houses, and other student engagement activities to boost enrolment.
• Lead the Student Ambassador Programme and NTUpreneur Student Club, including mentorship of student leaders.
• Own the sourcing and tracking framework for high-potential entrepreneurial students and venture projects.
• Manage event calendars, reports, programme accounts, and ensure updated online content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised Institute of Higher Learning.
• 3–5 years of experience in student engagement, development, or programme/event management within a tertiary environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social-media tools, with digital design experience.
