About This Role
The Corporate Communications Office (CCO) seeks a Manager to lead social media content operations, write and edit posts for NTU's diverse research activities on platforms like LinkedIn, manage end-to-end content scheduling and engagement, and track performance to amplify university achievements.
Responsibilities
- Identify content opportunities from NTU's research activities and publications for amplification via social media, most notably LinkedIn.
- Write and edit posts for different platforms with appropriate tone of voice to amplify university activities and strengths.
- Manage end-to-end content operations including scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting.
- Apply platform best practices in format choice, tagging, and hashtags to optimise content reach.
- Track content performance and translate findings into clear recommendations for further amplification.
- Identify high-performing content for organic and paid means to amplify university achievements.
Requirements
- A good bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital communications or journalism.
- Proven ability to write across diverse voices β pitched at different levels of seniority β and subject matter, with sensitivity to tone.
- Experience managing corporate or executive social media accounts with a strong working knowledge of LinkedIn.
- Comfortable with social media analytics and using data to inform content decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity in working with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
