Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement outreach activities to raise awareness of entrepreneurship education.
  • Collate and update content for approval, manage social media analytics, and maintain NTUpreneur's website design templates.
  • Coordinate industry collaborations to promote entrepreneurial events, including the NTUpreneur Day and Welcome Week.
  • Oversee alumni engagement coordination with the President of the Alumni Association to maintain a network.
  • Manage the Mentorship Clinic, including booking systems and feedback sessions for mentors and students.
  • Maintain operational databases such as event calendars, alumni networks, and volunteer lists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mass communications or marketing preferred.
  • Experience in traditional and digital marketing, content creation, and event management.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work activities in an organized manner, and work under tight timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication and writing abilities.
