About This Role
The Assistant Manager (Faculty Affairs & Admin) reports to the Assistant Director and supports Vice Provost, Faculty Affairs in managing documentation, faculty initiatives, and administrative operations including scheduling, budgeting, and sensitive information handling.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate university-level initiatives and leadership engagements
- Provide support in planning, organizing, and following through overseas outreach trips at the University level
- Develop high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports to support decision-making
- Collate matters pertaining to faculty affairs in a database for management reporting and presentation slides
- Set up structured tracking systems to improve workflows within VPFA's Office
Requirements
- Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
