About This Role

The Assistant Manager (Faculty Affairs & Admin) reports to the Assistant Director and supports Vice Provost, Faculty Affairs in managing documentation, faculty initiatives, and administrative operations including scheduling, budgeting, and sensitive information handling.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate university-level initiatives and leadership engagements
  • Provide support in planning, organizing, and following through overseas outreach trips at the University level
  • Develop high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports to support decision-making
  • Collate matters pertaining to faculty affairs in a database for management reporting and presentation slides
  • Set up structured tracking systems to improve workflows within VPFA's Office

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
