About This Role
Seeking a research assistant to develop and fabricate 4D printable wearable devices using vat photopolymerization at NTU's Singapore Centre for 3D Printing.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate 3D printed prototypes via vat photopolymerization
- Formulate and prepare photopolymer resin for the device
- Design CAD models and conduct FEM simulations
- Perform quality assurance and characterization of printed parts
- Optimize fabrication parameters to improve prototype performance
- Document research activities in technical reports
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering
- Experience with vat photopolymerization (digital light processing)
- Capable of CAD modelling and FEM simulation
- Ability to work independently with effective communication
