Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Academic Learning (Undergraduate Programmes)

About This Role

Seeking a Manager/Senior Assistant Manager to lead NTUpreneur's undergraduate programmes, overseeing academic planning, student management, and policy compliance for the Second Major in Entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic planning and governance for SMiE and MiE programs.
• Manage student enrolments, progress tracking, and course administration including SFT evaluations.
• Ensure academic policy compliance and adherence to NTU guidelines.
• Strengthen stakeholder engagement with faculty, administration, and industry partners.
• Manage process improvement and quality assurance for curriculum reviews and operations.
• Plan and oversee public publicity strategies to increase course enrollment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience in academic administration or higher education operations.
• Strong background in faculty coordination and curriculum development.
• Proven ability to manage teams efficiently with smooth collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills for assessing performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and academic management systems.
