Seeking an Assistant Director to oversee communications, strategy, and operations for NTU's Business Operations (Finance, Marketing & Strategy) role.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director in shaping and executing medium- to long-term strategies for GIFTS.
- Lead strategic partnerships with government agencies, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives to enhance industry collaboration and ecosystem development.
- Oversee student engagement, internships, careers, and alumni programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure financial sustainability through effective corporate partner engagement and funding initiatives.
- Manage strategic communications, branding, and media oversight to position GIFTS as a leading hub for international trading education.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with proven high-quality academic achievements.
- At least 12-15 years of work experience, with prior relevant experience being an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in business development and programme/operations management.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical mind, and excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proven dynamism, resourcefulness in problem-solving, and ability to work with people of various levels and cultures.
- Commercial understanding coupled with the ability to establish wide networks and strong relationships with management of different companies.
- Strong influencing skills, pragmatic solutions, and ability to proactively identify and escalate matters of significance.
