About This Role
Seeking a Senior/Research Fellow to lead and design a structured Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) programme for National Precision Medicine Phase 3, integrating patient perspectives into research recruitment and ethics compliance.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation of qualitative studies.
- Manage program of work to ensure study deliverables are completed on time and meet funding timelines.
- Perform literature searches, scoping reviews, scientific writing (grants, manuscripts), and assist with institutional review board communications.
- Establish close communication with all stakeholders and study teams to ensure ethical standards are met.
- Ensure work processes comply with Singapore Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- PhD degree in health services research, primary care, population health, implementation science, patient and public involvement, medical humanities, or social science.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including workshop facilitation and conference presentations.
- Proficiency in qualitative research methods and software such as NVivo or Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current international leadership in the Asia Pacific region or ability to generate strong regional networks.
