Research Associate/Fellow, Cancer screening, Primary Care and Family Medicine [LKCMedicine]

About This Role

Seeking a Research Associate or Senior/Research Fellow to optimize cancer screening uptake in primary care through mixed methods, co-designed family history tools, and evidence generation for implementation science.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation of mixed method studies and trials.
• Perform literature searches, scoping reviews, and scientific writing for grants, manuscripts, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in communications with institutional review board staff regarding ethics applications and reports.
• Establish close communication with all stakeholders and study team members.
• Assist in the supervision of student projects within the program of work.
• Ensure all work processes meet ethical standards including Singapore Good Clinical Practice Guidelines.

Requirements

• Master degree (for Research Associate) or PhD degree in health services research, primary care, population health, implementation science, patient and public involvement, medical humanities, or social science.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including workshop and focus group facilitation.
