About This Role
The Manager will report to the Assistant Director of NGL and oversee recruitment, marketing, outreach, and student management for the NBS Global Leaders programme.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and manage the admission process to select top applicants for the NGL programme
- Drive outreach efforts to bring in right applicants to the programme
- Formulate and drive execution of the marketing plan for the programme
- Drive analysis of market trends, candidates' insights, and competitors to build programme strategy
- Spearhead social media marketing for engagement with potential applicants, current UG students, and stakeholders
- Initiate, organize, and run information sessions/webinars/experience days locally and internationally
Requirements
- Degree in any field; Business or Marketing preferred
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Possess a creative and innovative mind for developing engaging campaigns
- An analytical thinker capable of interpreting campaign data to drive decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and visualization of dataset
- Able to work after-office hours/weekend for outreach events
