About This Role
The NTU Manager, Administration is seeking a senior operations manager with 6+ years of experience in administration and consulting to strengthen governance, manage reporting dashboards, and coordinate across finance, HR, IT, and planning teams.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen operational governance and management reporting across the School.
- Act as central liaison between senior leadership, administrative units, and university departments.
- Support oversight of internal operations and coordination among functional teams (finance, HR, IT, planning, compliance).
- Improve visibility of operational and financial information through structured dashboards.
- Contribute to process improvements, risk monitoring, and consolidation of key school initiatives.
- Support leadership discussions by providing structured insights to improve operational information clarity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or Public Administration.
- At least 6β10 years of relevant experience in operations management or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical skills for consolidating and interpreting operational data.
- Experience in preparing management reports or dashboards to support decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple departments in a complex organizational environment.
