About This Role
The Senior Assistant Manager role supports the NTU Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO) by driving strategic initiatives, overseeing award administration and financial aid processes, managing academic curricula, and ensuring operational excellence across the university.
Responsibilities
- Support School leadership and Programme Directors in planning strategic academic initiatives, including curriculum launches.
- Provide end-to-end administrative and project management support for new programmes and curriculum enhancements.
- Coordinate curriculum approvals, system set up, timetable readiness, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth roll out.
- Monitor implementation progress and consolidate feedback for post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4β6 years of working experience.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism, judgement, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and experience in process improvement or policy development.
