About This Role

The Senior Assistant Manager, Assessment Administration and Accreditation role supports undergraduate programs by formulating assessment policies, overseeing examination scheduling and post-assessment processes, managing special educational needs accommodations, and serving as a Secretariat to the Board of Examiners.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement policies on assessment matters
  • Establish communication frameworks to uphold integrity of examinations
  • Provide leadership for end-to-end planning and management of continual assessments
  • Manage examination timetabling, post-assessment processes, and marks verification
  • Serve as Secretariat to the Board of Examiners
  • Oversee validation of student programme requirements and Dean's List processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant education sector experience
  • Strong people management and supervisory skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Self-motivated and resourceful in adjusting priorities
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and organizational abilities
