About This Role
The Senior Assistant Manager, Assessment Administration and Accreditation role supports undergraduate programs by formulating assessment policies, overseeing examination scheduling and post-assessment processes, managing special educational needs accommodations, and serving as a Secretariat to the Board of Examiners.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement policies on assessment matters
- Establish communication frameworks to uphold integrity of examinations
- Provide leadership for end-to-end planning and management of continual assessments
- Manage examination timetabling, post-assessment processes, and marks verification
- Serve as Secretariat to the Board of Examiners
- Oversee validation of student programme requirements and Dean's List processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant education sector experience
- Strong people management and supervisory skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Self-motivated and resourceful in adjusting priorities
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and organizational abilities
