About This Role
The Senior Executive in People Services at NTU is responsible for end-to-end employee leave, benefits, and awards administration with a focus on compliance, SLA management, and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Administer end-to-end employee leave and benefits processes with statutory compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries on leave, benefits, and awards.
- Process leave transactions and support benefits administration in partnership with payroll teams.
- Administer institutional awards including Long Service Awards and National Day Awards.
- Maintain accurate records for audit readiness and governance oversight.
- Analyze leave data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2β4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably leave or benefits administration.
- Familiarity with employment legislation and HR policies related to leave and benefits.
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
