Responsibilities

  • Build solutions and provide technical guidance to help customers achieve value from AWS.
  • Ensure operational health of AWS environments while reducing cost and complexity.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers to drive technical discussions on incidents and risk management.
  • Consult with partners including developers, C-suite executives, and business development teams.
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects to optimize customer capabilities through workshops and sessions.
  • Provide post-sales, consultative expertise by solving problems across different customers during migration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data/security/applications development.
  • Bachelor's degree or experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
  • Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
