About This Role
Amazon Technical Account Manager role for AWS Global Services in Singapore, requiring 5+ years of technical engineering experience with operational troubleshooting and consulting to architect and operate AWS cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Build solutions and provide technical guidance to help customers achieve value from AWS.
- Ensure operational health of AWS environments while reducing cost and complexity.
- Develop trusting relationships with customers to drive technical discussions on incidents and risk management.
- Consult with partners including developers, C-suite executives, and business development teams.
- Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects to optimize customer capabilities through workshops and sessions.
- Provide post-sales, consultative expertise by solving problems across different customers during migration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data/security/applications development.
- Bachelor's degree or experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
