About This Role
Join AWS as an AI Specialist Solution Architect in Singapore to advise complex customers on building scalable, resilient GenAI/ML and Agentic solutions on AWS. You will drive technical adoption and influence the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on GenAI/ML and Agentic adoption.
- Design technical architectures addressing complex customer challenges.
- Drive the overall technical relationship between AWS and customers.
- Advocate for customer needs impacting the AWS GenAI/ML roadmap.
- Create best practices and technical content (e.g., whitepapers).
- Lead deep dives and workshops on AI/ML solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in distributed applications design/implementation/operations.
- 3+ years managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources.
- 3+ years designing/implementing production AI systems.
- Experience with LLMs/multi-modal FMs, RAG, Vector DBs, Agentic workflows.
- Hands-on AWS ecosystem experience (Bedrock, SageMaker) for secure AI environments.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Influencing customer and internal business decision-makers.
