Amazon is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead the end-to-end test ecosystem for AI server hardware products, including board-level validation and rack integration. Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain manufacturing test infrastructure spanning board-level validation through rack integration.
• Design and maintain production test software using Python, Bash, and related tooling for sequencing, control, and reporting.
• Develop automated test processes and self-remedy capabilities to reduce manual intervention and increase throughput.
• Define modular test strategies, implement statistical process controls (GR&R, Cp/Cpk), and analyze production data to drive corrective actions.
• Monitor functional test yield across shifts, lead triage efforts for failures, and conduct weekly production quality reviews.
• Collaborate with hardware design, firmware, process engineering, and operations teams to align test requirements for high-quality manufacturing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• 3+ years of designing or architecting reliability and scaling new systems using design patterns.
