Responsibilities
- Champion and advocate for Enterprise Support customers across all AWS services.
- Provide strategic expert advice on full line of AWS services and customer architecture for strategy questions, project planning, and operational issues.
- Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customers.
- Provide deep reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and detailed prelaunch planning.
- Participate in customer requested meetings (onsite or remote) to facilitate rapid resolution of concerns.
- Work directly with Amazon Web Service engineers to ensure customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience as a technical account manager, consultant, solutions architect, platform engineer, systems engineer, or cloud architect.
- Proficiency in Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients/business partners/stakeholders/customers.
- Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
