About This Role
Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding strategy and execution of new AWS suppliers, logistics partners, and carriers into its global network.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of onboarding new programs from intake to go-live.
- Establish reporting cadences (WBR/MBR/QBR) for executive visibility into supplier readiness and pipeline health.
- Define and improve end-to-end onboarding processes including intake frameworks, milestone tracking, and SLA definitions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new program requests to assess scope, resource requirements, and timelines.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams and external partners to resolve onboarding blockers and ensure commitments are met.
- Build scalable playbooks and documentation that enable the team to onboard suppliers at increasing volume without proportional headcount growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience.
- Experience developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership or building financial/operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
- 5+ years of working with external suppliers experience.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, logistics, or transportation.
- Advanced degree or MS degree preferred.
