Sr. Partner Solution Architect, Amazon Leo Partner Services

About This Role

Sr. Partner Solutions Architect on Amazon Leo's ALPS team is responsible for designing scalable partner integration architectures, guiding partners through satellite internet onboarding and launch cycles using Amazon Leo's APIs, AWS services, and BSS/OSS systems.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable partner integration architectures using Amazon Leo's cloud-native APIs and guide partners through integration of BSS/OSS systems.
• Contribute code to the Amazon Leo DevKit used by partners for systems integration and lead technical discovery sessions.
• Ensure architectures meet reliability, security, and operational requirements by developing reusable patterns and best practices.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance across the full onboarding lifecycle to support partner success and launch.
• Act as the lead technical point of contact for strategic distribution partners to support implementation planning and milestone execution.
• Coordinate across time zones to ensure consistent global partner support while influencing internal roadmaps based on partner needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT development, implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies, experience with infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
• Experience working with end user or developer communities.
