Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ownership of the Compliance, Security and Risk Management (CSRM)-EHS program for area construction oversight.
• Ensure contractors deliver on safety performance expectations and agreement requirements providing timely solutions to issues.
• Monitor, advise and assist construction project teams to protect people, environment and ensure compliance.
• Drive the culture that embraces a continuous learning approach and aligns with organizational strategies including goals and objectives.
• Liaise with the wider Construction and Data Center Operations (DCOps) EHS teams to ensure best practices are fully implemented, progress reported, trends and data captured.
• Ensure the operational capacity of a live data center is not compromised.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience in the construction/industrial/process industry.
• Certified safety professional certificate or other applicable EHS certifications.
• 10 years of experience in EHS construction and subcontractor management.
• Experience working in operational data centers with a focus on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of implementation of safety programs.
