Partner Manager Security Sales, Google Cloud Security

About This Role

Partner Manager Security Sales is a Google Cloud role requiring 10 years of experience in quota-based security sales, MSSP management, and strategic partner alignment to embed Google's cloud suite into existing go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute security plans with strategic partners in Southeast Asia.
• Own the process of business acquisition through selected partners to meet assigned quotas.
• Drive security partner programs and ensure adoption of the same across all partners.
• Maintain consistent sales, technical, and marketing benefits to facilitate partner growth.
• Provide input on business opportunities, agreement discussions, market announcements, and executive decision-making.
• Drive consensus on outcomes that balance both value and risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of technology related sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management experience.
• Experience in a quota carrying Security Sales role with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP) or security resellers.
• Experience managing business performance of partners and mapping partner capabilities to meet/exceed quarterly goals.
• Experience with Security Operations (SecOps) toolset including SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence and EDR.
• Understanding of the Google Cloud partner ecosystem and cloud transformations.
