About This Role
As a Consulting Account Lead Manager, you will build and coach a high-performing team of CALs to drive enterprise AI transformation for Google Cloud, ensuring strategic alignment with C-suite stakeholders and regional delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team of CALs focused on driving enterprise AI transformation.
- Serve as an executive escalation point and partner for C-suite stakeholders to deliver tangible business value.
- Provide strategic guidance on multi-year roadmaps aligned with Google Cloud's GTM and Customer Experience strategy.
- Ensure high-quality execution by establishing best practices for program governance and operating models.
- Proactively partner with CALs to identify, mitigate, and resolve high-level transformation risks.
- Serve as a senior liaison between CAL teams and broader Google Cloud leadership (PSO, TAM, Engineering, Sales).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, advisory, or enterprise customer experience.
- 2 years of experience with people management (e.g., developing and leading technology transformation teams).
- Experience leading technology transformation programs for enterprise organizations.
- Experience in virtualization or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing role.
