About This Role
The EDB Singapore Economic Development Board seeks an Executive Officer to manage a team of Project Officers, focusing on admin support, research, and event operations for corporate venture building in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Support senior members with high-value quantitative and qualitative research, due diligence assessments, and pre/post meeting materials.
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings, trips, and founder community events while managing the Business Continuity Plan.
- Monitor required investment document submissions, review them according to guidelines and limits, and manage company performance reporting.
- Collate data, maintain databases, and ensure proper documentation of files for internal team operations.
- Adopt new tools to improve team operational efficiency and develop process improvements for improved management.
Requirements
- Academic or professional training in Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or Risk Management.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in corporate venture building, investment promotion, or event management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, plus internet-savviness.
- A team player with a proactive/can-do approach and an attitude to handle uncertainty.
