About This Role

Manage space partnerships between NCSS, SSAs, and developers in Singapore. This role drives fair space allocation and service delivery through data-informed decision-making and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design assessment frameworks for awarding spaces to SSAs
• Negotiate lease agreements with developers and public agencies
• Manage end-to-end space allocation processes
• Analyze service gaps using location data to inform planning
• Manage relationships with SSA tenants and stakeholders
• Oversee grant disbursement and governance compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience (social service/programme management/policy)
• Experience with assessment frameworks (e.g., grant evaluations)
• Stakeholder management and contract/lease negotiation experience
• Familiarity with governance processes and compliance
• Understanding of social service delivery models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
