About This Role
Manage land acquisition and planning for transport infrastructure projects in Singapore. This role involves leading end-to-end land matters, stakeholder negotiation, and utilizing GIS for spatial data management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end planning and management of land acquisition for transport infrastructure.
- Advise on land matters, including budgeting, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to resolve land issues and negotiate outcomes.
- Utilize GIS for managing, analyzing, and visualizing spatial data related to land assets.
- Maintain and update land and geospatial databases and documentation.
- Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Real Estate, Land Management, Urban Planning, Geography, or Geomatics.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in land management or infrastructure planning.
- Demonstrated track record managing projects and leading cross-functional workstreams.
- Competency in interpreting spatial data and translating findings into proposals.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to operate autonomously while aligning with organizational goals.
