About This Role

Support the SWITCH team in procurement, finance tracking, and event operations for this 1-year contract role. Ensure smooth execution of budgets, vendor engagements, and programme delivery in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement processes (POs, invoices, vendor docs)
  • Track budgets, monitor expenditure, and maintain financial records
  • Support P&L tracking and budget reconciliation
  • Coordinate with internal/external parties on finance & events
  • Manage contract administration and vendor relations
  • Provide ad hoc operational support to the SWITCH team

Requirements

  • Knowledge in business, finance, accounting, or operations
  • Comfortable with budgets, invoices, and financial tracking
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Strong communication across stakeholders
