About This Role
Support the SWITCH team in procurement, finance tracking, and event operations for this 1-year contract role. Ensure smooth execution of budgets, vendor engagements, and programme delivery in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Support procurement processes (POs, invoices, vendor docs)
- Track budgets, monitor expenditure, and maintain financial records
- Support P&L tracking and budget reconciliation
- Coordinate with internal/external parties on finance & events
- Manage contract administration and vendor relations
- Provide ad hoc operational support to the SWITCH team
Requirements
- Knowledge in business, finance, accounting, or operations
- Comfortable with budgets, invoices, and financial tracking
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Strong communication across stakeholders
