Senior Manager, Innovation Strategy & Partnerships (Corporate Innovation)

About This Role

The Senior Manager, Innovation Strategy & Partnerships (Corporate Innovation) role at EDB requires 4-6 years of experience in strategy development, account management, and partnerships to design and execute innovative venture building strategies with global partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate relationships with large corporations to grow their innovation activities in Singapore.
• Design tailored engagements based on corporate needs, tapping on whole-of-government offerings to create value.
• Spearhead thematic or sector-specific partnering initiatives and international publicity activities.
• Lead new strategies to deepen Singapore's value propositions in corporate innovation and startup partnerships.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships to translate strategies into executable outcomes.
• Work with private and public sector partners, multipliers, and ecosystem players to drive collaboration.

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience in strategy development, account management, new business development and partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships and translate strategies into executable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability to distill qualitative and quantitative data into insights for venture opportunities.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a comfortable approach to ambiguity and change.
• Confident resourcefulness and independent yet collaborative team player.
