Lead (Outreach) - Business and The Creatives Cluster is a 2-year contract position at Singapore Polytechnic requiring experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, and Content Creation with a focus on student engagement, outreach events, and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate outreach events including Open Houses, school talks, and exhibitions.
• Plan and execute secondary school outreach initiatives during key recruitment periods.
• Develop trendy content across social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Manage school's social media presence as an engagement platform.
• Coordinate event logistics and operational matters for smooth execution.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences in Digital Media & Communications-related areas.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, or Digital Media.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in Digital Marketing or Communications.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy across social media platforms.
• Proven track record leading full-funnel digital marketing campaigns and content creation.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, presentation design, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
