About This Role

A public service lecturer position in Singapore Polytechnic requires a qualified academic with expertise in AI, Data Science, and Computer Vision to teach at diploma and higher levels while contributing to curriculum development and consultancy projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons and mentoring of students
• Conduct training for adult learners and support continuing education initiatives
• Develop curriculum and learning materials for specified modules
• Deploy effective pedagogy to facilitate learning
• Contribute to consultancy and applied industry/research projects

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
• Passionate about education and possess good values
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in cloud computing or software engineering for AI/DS model deployment
