Responsibilities

• Serve as second-in-command of the Land Transport Operations Centre (LTOC), coordinating 24/7 operations and incidents with teams on 12-hour shifts.
• Manage the training, welfare/morale, and performance of operations teams without being on shift.
• Assist the Deputy Director in strategic thinking and change management to drive operational success.
• Recall teams from 12-hour shifts when ad-hoc operations or incidents require immediate response.
• Lead the team in crisis management and ensure high adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in crisis management.
• Knowledge or experience in leading teams and strategic thinking is highly valued.
