Manage engagement for resident jobseekers and onboard community employers into the Jobs Nearby @ CDC scheme in Singapore. Provide personalized guidance to facilitate successful job matching and workforce development.
Responsibilities
- Manage engagement of jobseekers and onboard community employers to the scheme.
- Provide personalized guidance to jobseekers throughout their search journey.
- Coordinate with employers/vendors on profile creation and portal utilization.
- Facilitate jobseeker-employer connections via various platforms.
- Monitor progress and conduct follow-ups to improve service delivery.
- Organize events like job fairs to link seekers with employers.
Requirements
- Knowledge in outreach, career advisory, community engagement, or workforce development.
- Good interpersonal communication skills to handle enquiries.
- Ability to work independently and travel across community locations.
- Proactive, persuasive, and resourceful mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) is beneficial.
