About This Role

Hiring an Assistant Manager to lead the People Planning & Performance Partner role, supporting annual performance cycles and HR transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the annual performance management cycle, including timeline planning and Workday administration.
  • Contribute to the design, review, and enhancement of performance management frameworks and platforms.
  • Analyze employee feedback and data to generate insights for process improvements.
  • Support HR transformation initiatives, including automation of performance management processes and AI-enabled tools.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Plan and support training sessions, workshops, and change management activities related to performance initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organisational Development, or Data Analytics.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience in performance management, operations, or transformation.
  • Experience supporting performance review cycles and stakeholder communications.
