Hiring an Assistant Manager to lead the People Planning & Performance Partner role, supporting annual performance cycles and HR transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual performance management cycle, including timeline planning and Workday administration.
- Contribute to the design, review, and enhancement of performance management frameworks and platforms.
- Analyze employee feedback and data to generate insights for process improvements.
- Support HR transformation initiatives, including automation of performance management processes and AI-enabled tools.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Plan and support training sessions, workshops, and change management activities related to performance initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organisational Development, or Data Analytics.
- 2β4 years of relevant HR experience in performance management, operations, or transformation.
- Experience supporting performance review cycles and stakeholder communications.
