Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale Rolling Stock (Passenger Trains) projects for new and existing MRT lines
• Lead/support investigation of train faults and failures to improve reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from LTA, Railway Operator and stakeholders to ensure project coordination
• Perform design review and manufacturing tasks for rolling stock projects
• Conduct testing and commissioning of train systems
• Support engineering initiatives to enhance operational and maintenance capabilities

Requirements

• Knowledge in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
• Good appreciation of the MRT system complexity and interface requirements
• Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
• Self-driven with strong initiative to learn and willingness to get hands-on experience for site works
• Team player who is analytical, resourceful and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays
• Available for overseas travel for train testing and quality inspection
